We just want to say a big thank you to you and your colleagues for the organisation and arrangement of our trip to Sapa and Halong. We had a very had a fantastic time in your country, made all the more wonderful by the fact that everything went very smoothly (pick up from the airport to the train station, from Lao Cai back to your office to wait for the Halong Phoenix Tour guide etc).
We would definitely recommend your services to our friends and if we do travel to Hanoi again, will certainly get in contact to organise our tours through you.

We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for your help.
Your guide Ms Silen Truy was wonderful, and the best guide we had during our three-week trip in Vietnam. She allowed us flexibility, which was important with a small child, and with changing weather conditions. She was also very caring and patient, and she helped us understand more about the environment and the people in Halong
I would certainly recommend your company again, and Ms Silen Truy as a guide in Halong

Dear Hai Yen,
 
 Overall my family enjoyed the trip other than the domestic flight delay.
 However I would still like to provide some constructive feedback:
 
 Hotel - All hotels service level are good, especially Boss hotel.
 Initially one of the room is very stuffy but the staff managed to find us a fan.
 Hoi An was ok but my children found the room a little eerie as all the lightings are dim.
 Our favorite hotel is the Fragrances Hotel which is bright, clean and offer spa service.
 Car - We are happy with the vans in Ho Chin Minh and Hanoi. For Hue, van is a bit old. All drivers were very good.
 Food - most of the food are extremely nice, especially the spring rolls in Hanoi. Some of the food is oily,example: Fish baked in a clay pot or pancake in Hue. Maybe a little more variety in the type of food will be nice. We really love Hanoi dinner and the meal on Junk boat At Halong bay.
 I would also like to comment that we really appreciate that you are prepared to accommodate us if the flight at Hoi An was delayed further.
 We will definitely travel with your agency again in future.

Dear Mrs. Yen, Thank you for your mail. We are happy to tell you that your service was very good. You have arranged everything very efficiently ,all your replies were quick And clear. All the arrangements were good. You gave us the perfect guide Which understood our special taste and was very kind to make all the small Changes to expertly suit what we wanted. The hotels out of Hanoi were fine (especially the one in Halong). The only comments we have are on the lunches. After having the first one on the first day In Hanoi,we decided not to use these TOURISTS MENUS and had made and paid for our own Arrangements. But the lunch on the boat in Halong Bay was very nice.

All in all we enjoyed very much and thank you very much again.

It is absolutely amazing to recieve this email from you. The least expected from a travel agent...especially on my 1st day back at home. Wonderfully surprising! You did a wonderful job right from the start of helping me tie down the trip in within 2-3days. Your promptness,proactiveness and command of the English language are plus points. I truely appreciate your flexibility in my payment. I was on the verge of confirming with another company but they didn't have the flexible payment option so I decided to jump ship over to your company. Both you and Diep are excellent service providers. Your company has found a gem. All your service partners are wonderful too. Our tour guide in Sapa:Ms So did a great job. Our contact person (sorry I forgot his name) who helped us get onboard the train to sapa and recieved us back from Sapa,he was amazing too. We like the point to point contact person you have set up throughout the trip. It made us felt safe and well looked after. We knew that you guys have got everything settled and we had a peace of mind. Feedback Regarding our 1hr 10mins delayed pick up to Halong bay on 14Sep:The tour guide could have called the hotel to inform guests about the delay. At least we know what is happening. Rather than be kept wondering and waiting. Taking this extra step will greatly cease any unhappiness. Thank you for your email. We'll definately contact you again for our future travels to indochina.

Hi Hai Yen, Sorry for the delay,our flight out of hanoi was cancelled by Jetstar so I missed out on checking my email until this morning when I arrived in HCMC. We leave to Singapore tomorrow morning. Both of us really enjoyed the Sapa tour and Halong Bay experience. Our guide was fantastic and the Elegance Hotel in Sapa was really good. The pizza we had for dinner at Mountain travels was one of the best I had in my life! Overall everything ran very smoothly,the guide and driver were very informative and always on time. Finally,thanks for organizing this trip for us. We found you to be very helpful and the level of service was tremendous. May I have your website so I can recommend you to my friends?

We arrived at home on the 27th late everything went well. I promised you a report on the trip so here it is. Hanoi - everything was very good the hotel I would use again,good location,Halong Phonix Cruise was also very good,the guide there was excellent. Hue - everything was very good the hotel was good,the tour went well and the guide you used for the Hue to Hoi An was very likeable and very informative would recommend Mr. Ten to anybody looking for a tour guide. The hotel was good but would recommend using an inner room viewing the swimming pool or the gardens. The outer rooms are noisy there is a school accross the street. Nha Trang-everything went well,the hotel was good but would look for another if we went there again,the guide didn't have to do much but was likeable and good. Ho Chi Minh City - everything went well the hotel was in a great location the staff was friendly would stay there again. The guide was good but we did not think he was very personable would not recommend him to my friends. Can Tho - trip and tour good the hotel was in a good location but would not stay there again. Phu Quoc - everything went well the hotel,guide were excellent would go back there again. The Cambodia part of the trip was excellent the guide in Siem Reap was personable and informative I would recommend him to everybody I saw. The hotel in Phnom Penh was not in a good location and would not recommend it.The tour guide was informative and likeable. In closing the trip was more than we expected and we enjoyed the whole experience,we will be coming back in the future.

Hi Hai Yen, Thanks for your mail. We had a great time in Vietnam. We are very satisfied with your services in Halong Bay. Both tour guides are knowledgeable and speak excellent English,the drivers are also nice and professional. The hotel was excellent while the homestay accommodation was up to expectation. The host were kind and the food was delicious.
Thanks for your advice and we did enjoy a wonderful trip in Vietnam. We will recommend your company to our friends and hope we will meet again in the near future.

Thank you for organising our trip it went extremely well. Your staff are extremely polite. I did provide feedback to the tour guide. The tour guide was ok - the language was challenging at times. Due to the rain we were not able to do all on our tour. Hence on day four we arrived at the restaurant at 430pm for 845pm train ride. I should have told you that we were both vegetarians - sorry we didn't have all the meals ( lunch and dinner)

Hello Em Yen, Not sure if you remember me and my 2 friends - we met at the Hanoi Phoenix Hotel in the morning,to organise our Halong Bay tour. I wanted to thank you and your team for your help in organising an enjoyable trip. I hope that Xuan is ok,he got sick the first night. We cannot help the weather,and I think in future we will visit Hanoi in warmer weather. Nonetheless,we will take away memories that will last forever. Wish you all the best,and want to a big recommendation to Mr Diem for you and Xuan.

Dear Ms Hai Yen, I apologise for the delay in sending this feedback- my travels continued to other countries after Vietnam and I have only recently returned home. We really enjoyed our time in Vietnam and felt that we were able to cover so much despite being a short holiday. Our tour guides were fantastic- they were all very friendly,informative and helpful. In particular,Chin- our tour guide from Hoi An to Hue- really went out of his way to help us and to accommodate to our preferences,which we greatly appreciated. We were happy with our accommodation,which were all within walking distance of places of interest and places to eat. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the Thuy Dong Hotel in Hoi An,which we found to be of a very high standard. We enjoyed the join-in group tours to Halong Bay,Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels,as they gave us the opportunity to also meet other travellers. My only criticism would be that they did not drop us back at our hotel after the Halong Bay cruise as they were running late,and consequently we had to run with our luggage down the very crowded street to meet our car transfer,which was not there when we arrived,although the driver did work hard to then get us to the airport on time,which we appreciated. In general,we were happy with the car transfers in each part. We would like to thank you very much for organising this tour for us,as well as for calling to check up on us throughout the trip.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend your company to others.
