Dear Ms Hai Yen, I apologise for the delay in sending this feedback- my travels continued to other countries after Vietnam and I have only recently returned home. We really enjoyed our time in Vietnam and felt that we were able to cover so much despite being a short holiday. Our tour guides were fantastic- they were all very friendly,informative and helpful. In particular,Chin- our tour guide from Hoi An to Hue- really went out of his way to help us and to accommodate to our preferences,which we greatly appreciated. We were happy with our accommodation,which were all within walking distance of places of interest and places to eat. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the Thuy Dong Hotel in Hoi An,which we found to be of a very high standard. We enjoyed the join-in group tours to Halong Bay,Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels,as they gave us the opportunity to also meet other travellers. My only criticism would be that they did not drop us back at our hotel after the Halong Bay cruise as they were running late,and consequently we had to run with our luggage down the very crowded street to meet our car transfer,which was not there when we arrived,although the driver did work hard to then get us to the airport on time,which we appreciated. In general,we were happy with the car transfers in each part. We would like to thank you very much for organising this tour for us,as well as for calling to check up on us throughout the trip.

The trip to Halong Bay was wonderful and we are very glad that we chose the three day/two night option since it gave us a lovely day on the boat (we were able to swim from the boat) and we really enjoyed the kayaking too. We were very happy with the rooms and the service on the Violet. Your driver to and from the boat was courteous and on time. We also enjoyed the stop at the government run craft places. Thank you too for the excellent service we received from Quin and the driver for our two days of tours to the Perfume Pagoda and Tam Coc. We enjoyed both days very much. We have arrived home safely after a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Hong Kong. We loved your country and all the people are so wonderful and friendly. Your service made our trip so easy. All the bookings were perfect,the drivers were always early to pick us up and you always responded so quickly to my phone calls and emails (even though you were in the middle of wedding celebrations). I would recommend your service 100% to any of my friends,family or colleagues. I felt great relief to know that I had someone local to call on while I was in Vietnam. I hope all went well with your wedding celebrations with your husband’s family and I hope to use your service again sometime in the future. I also recommended you to a family I met while staying at the Victoria Hotel in Hoi An. The husband’s name was Kevin and they were originally from England but now live in Sydney.
